UHH’s drummer, Josh, left a comment on an earlier post confirming that he’ll be working with them in 2010:

Wednesday, 13th January 2010 UHH did a mini show at Largo at the Coronet. Electronic devices weren’t allowed so no photos or videos could be taken, but reporter Rain was kind enough to tell us what happened, along with a covert photo taken by her friend. Thanks guys!:
The show last night at Largo at The Coronet was great! It’s an UHH event I would never forget for the rest of my life! Well, that always goes for any UHH event past and future, but still, last night was something else.
The Largo Theater was pretty cool. It looks like an old theater, has less than 200 seats and it’s lit just right. When we got there the girls’ equipment was already set up on stage. Cam’s keyboard on the left and Leisha’s on the right. Only half of the theater was filled for the entire night so it was really intimate. We were only five rows back from the stage. More people arrived including Clea Duvall and her friend who sat on the side row next to us! And then a small entourage walked in. Guess who? It was Kate Moennig and friends (I think that was her) OMG!
The show started a little after 8:30. Tig Notaro came on stage & was so hilarious! I’ve never seen Tig before but within a few minutes into her routine, I became an instant fan! People were laughing to the point of snorting and all! She did her stint for about an hour, I think, and then she just casually called the girls onto the stage.
Aaaaaahhhhh! UHH!!!! They were stunning! Cam was wearing an all black outfit. Black skinny jeans, black top, black boots. Leisha was wearing a dark-colored dress, possibly green, black hose and heels. They played three songs. Mystery Lights, a more electric-synth version of it (if you can imagine that) and of course Sparkle Horse Josh was on the electric drums. After that, they played two new songs. One is called “Wake to Sleep” and the other one is “Criminal”. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I wish I could have recorded it! Both songs were great! They still have the familiar UHH sound and yet so fresh at the same time! Not too slow, not too fast. Just PERFECT!!!!!!!!
After their performance, (more…)
So everyone who buys a ticket to our show from this date on will receive a free ticket to see a private screening of the Sarah Silverman Program with Ms Silverman herself. There will be a Q&A after with the cast of her show. Comedy Central is giving these away! Hope to see you there!

Happy New Year Uh Huh Her fans! Also a Happy Birthday to the fan site since it’s officially a year old now. Technically it was yesterday though. But technnically it’s still yesterday for some people. So technically, everything is very confusing with these different time zones and all. So, my New Year’s resoultion is to make the world have one time zone so we can avoid all this confusion. Since everything revolves around Greenwich Mean Time then that will be the one and all timezone. Then all you other people can just become vampires or something. I mean, that’s ‘in’ right now isn’t it? Twilight, True Blood, Daybreakers. At least you’ll have TV shows and movies you can relate to. But I digress.
Hope the new year’s good to you. Many many many many thanks to everyone who continues to support and visit the site, it’s always greatly appreciated. I should end this with some words of wisdom, umm… be good, take all the free pens you want, don’t forget to charge your phone, live every day as if it’s your last going to end in 2012 (you got 2 years, no rush), learn how to make one of those origami frogs, get some blu tack, and eat a chocolate brownie – you’ll thank me for it. Unless you’re allergic to chocolate.
Here’s to a new year,
green
