Music background:
After graduating from the Academy Hailey decided to move into more musical pursuits and, joining with a former classmate, she formed the rock duo The Murmurs. Together the two played a number of gigs in smaller venues in New York City, and they eventually moved to Los Angeles. During this time they released three albums and, gaining in prominence, contributed to several movie soundtracks and toured with Lilith Fair. Their biggest album Blender included a collaboration with Charlotte Caffey and Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Gos. By 2001 Hailey and Grody changed the name of their duo to Gush. They released a self-titled album available only at shows.

   i started to watch “the l word” and because of that i started to listen to your music. and i’m happy that i did that.
